Accommodations

The „Cascina Tre Cose„ has been faithfully restored with all modern conveniences and offers three (3) suites with complimentary breakfast. The guesthouse kitchen has direct access to the outdoors patio, where guests will find cozy seating and a grill designed to enhance ones dining experience. As an added convenience, each suite comes with a refrigerator stocked drinks.

The swimming pool can be used from April to October, weather permitting. Sunbeds and pool towels are provided in each suite.

The „Cascina Tre Cose„ is nestled in over three hectares of natural terrain. Formerly a vineyard, today the hill is loosely covered with Mediterranean plants, various fruit trees, shrubs and many other coniferous and deciduous trees. There are idyllic places in which one can explore the undisturbed grounds. At the highest point, guests will find a covered seating area with wooden table, benches, and unparalleled views.

Suite Rates

Suite rates include complimentary breakfast. Minimum stay are three (3) nights. Shorter or longer stays are available, vacancy permitting, at adjusted rates.

On request there is also the possibility to rent the whole infrastructure. (without breakfast, max. 6 people) € 250.--/Day
